The gift of your life itself is the prayer that your soul both made and answered.
The message for the week is to take a big exhale.
You’ve taken a big fresh inhale recently and by doing so, you’ve created more space in your life to receive.
The breath can teach us that in order to receive more in our life…
…we must first exhale and release and let go.
With the in breath, create more space, and with the out breath, relax into deeper and deeper expansion.
Your breath reflects your whole life. If your breath is panicked, you’re likely to be panicking. If your breath is deep and steady, your mind and your life are peaceful.
This will help you experience new growth and transition more fluidly.
Say you’ve done a lot of inner work and your prayers are now actualizing into your reality.
Know that you can do this, and you are fully capable of handling your creations…but the inner work never stops.
You must be diligent, focused, and devoted to following the path that your soul prayed for.
That means you must be constantly aware, of any old/false stories you have about your life, who you are, the world, as well as any stories that you didn’t even know you had that could be an obstacle for you living your highest potential. There are no real obstacles anyway, other than the ones we believe in.
There was once a time when creating real personal and collective drama wasn’t necessary – instead people told each other stories.
But then somehow some toxicity got in and people started acting out their stories in real life.
This is where it got dangerous – when people started believing their own stories, and forgetting that is was all actually “make-believe”.
Which is fine – if you’re telling a happy story. It becomes a problem when you really want your story to be happy, but instead you believe it’s tragic.
So, how do you change your personal story to be happy when you go out into the world and there’s so much evidence of tragedy?
To know that there are really no obstacles in your way to creating more happiness in the world.
Your personal and influence has a big impact in the world.
Not just in the collective consciousness, but in real physical terms of actually affecting changes in reality.
So, remember that you are infinitely powerful. And to not get swept up in the storms, you must be diligently focused on being the calm center.
