This week the Horses have stepped in to offer their guidance, healing, wisdom and empowerment.
Focus on long term solutions! When Horses were domesticated it was a gift of innovation for humanity.
Working with them changed our ideas of speed and distance, and what is possible. It opened whole new worlds.
Let Horse medicine come into your life to help you change what you thought was possible.
Let them energize and inspire you.
Horses are about strength in numbers. If a Horse gets tired, the energy from running in a herd is enough to keep them going.
With all things, you need a balance. So, strength in numbers is not the same as getting sucked into a mob mentality.
You must create your own Spiritual community, and that will be your herd. However, don’t ever forget your own individuality.
Sometimes you need to be willing to go against your community and be outspoken…but this will attract like-minded individuals who will then become your new community.
Horses teach us to embrace all our emotions and not be afraid to show them. They are an excellent judge of character and will let you know if they don’t like you. To work with them, they must trust and respect you.
They are also very Zen, Calming, and Peaceful. For this reason, they are used for therapeutic purposes. They can help bring this calming, peaceful energy into your life.
Freedom is another major aspect to Horse medicine. They love adventure and to run wild and free in wide open expansive spaces.
If you’ve been feeling a little too restricted in your life, Horses can help you to feel a stronger sense of Freedom and Liberty. We all already have those things, but sometimes we might need help feeling them more deeply.
Horses are very passionate creatures, and inspire us to use our creative power to act on our passions.
Whenever we’re feeling complacent or apathetic about life, this is a great time to invite in Horse medicine to help you get up off your butt and ignite your passion and creativity.
Horses can help us to focus on our life purpose with Courage, Confidence, Focus, Dedication, and Commitment.
When we make a strong decision, it’s important to fully commit and follow through with that decision with dedication. Horses don’t timidly go about something, they go about it with Gentle Strength and true Power.
True Power doesn’t mean forcing anything.
“Force always moves against something, whereas power does not move against anything. Force is intrinsically incomplete and therefore has to constantly be fed energy. Power is total and complete in and of itself and requires nothing from outside of itself. It makes no demands; it has no needs. Because force has an insatiable appetite, it constantly consumes. Power, in contrast, energizes, gives forth supplies, and supports. Power gives life and energy. Force takes these away. We notice that power is associated with compassion and makes us feel positively about ourselves. Force is associated with judgmentalism and tends to make us feel badly about ourselves.”
-Power Vs Force, David R. Hawkins
To invite in Horse energy into your life, you can go into a meditation and visualize meeting up with Horse in a place in nature. Listen to what messages and healing Horse has for you.
If Horse energy has helped you, I invite you to leave an offering to the Spirit of Horse by placing some Rosemary out in either your favorite place in nature or somewhere outside your home.
Thank the Horses for all the gifts, healing and wisdom teachings they have brought us.
